About the Role
- Permanent
- Part time (0.8 FTE) to Full Time (1.0 FTE)
Ward 9 is a 34 bed Orthopaedic ward, caring for patients with a range of orthopaedic conditions and fragility fractures requiring joint replacement, spinal and reconstructive surgery.
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting, we would love to hear from you
About the Team/Service/ Location
This role is based at North Shore Hospital. We can offer you opportunities for In-service education, comprehensive professional development programmes, opportunities to undertake post-graduate education and most of all a friendly and extremely supportive team environment.
About you
To be considered we will need the following:
New Zealand Registered Nurse, with a current Annual Practising Certificate
A minimum of 2 years’ post registration acute experience as Registered Nurse in New Zealand
Recent experience working within a Surgical Ward
A confident communicator and natural problem solver
Someone who thrives in high energy environments and can prioritise effectively
