About the Role

As an RN in our diagnostic catheterization lab, you’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team delivering diagnostic angiographic procedures. From prepping patients for coronary angiograms to assisting during procedures and ensuring smooth post-procedure recovery, your calm under pressure and clinical acumen will shine.

Taranaki Base Hospital is the largest hospital in the Taranaki region of New Zealand. Located in New Plymouth, it serves as the primary healthcare facility for the region, providing a wide range of medical and surgical services.

As part of our dynamic and supportive diagnostic catheterization lab team, you'll be at the forefront of cardiovascular care—delivering professional angiography services that help detect and treat heart conditions. About you

• Be a Registered Nurse with current APC
• Must have excellent cardiovascular knowledge
• Recent Acute experience in an New Zealand hospital essential
• Recent Cath lab experience preferred
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Enjoy being part of a team that values teamwork, respects individual needs and is motivated by excellent clinical outcomes
