About the Role
Te Whatu Ora and ACC work in partnership to provide ongoing rehabilitation to those who have been in hospital due to an injury. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team. This role will provide clinical support for the accurate data collection for those people who have been injured and require ongoing rehabilitation provided by Te Whatu Ora under the Non Acute Rehabilitation Pathway (NARP).
In this role you will work collaboratively with a number of services within Waikato and the wider Te Manawa Taki region, to support delivery of the NARP contract, the Waikato hospital ACC team and an administrator. This role offers clinical support for; the information collected for ACC, profiling the injuries and function, implementation of the Acute Care InterRAI, monitor ongoing support services, and education.

About the Service
Rehabilitation and Support is a collection of services, transforming and integrating services in the community. This role will be based at Waiora CBD, 87 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, however you will be required to work with a variety of different services, OPR inpatients, convalescent care and START and therefore travelling maybe part of the role
About you
Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, with good understanding of Microsoft packages including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
- Full NZ drivers licence
