About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide expert care which promotes independence, safety and wellbeing to the patients and whanau at Kaitaia Hospital in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is an effective member of the multidisciplinary team process that focuses on meeting quality outcomes for clients and be presented with daily variety and clinical challenges. You will be required to maintain a clinical case load according to current best practice standards and maintaining and improving skills are essential components to this role.

About you
Key requirements:
- Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a current APC
- Able to work autonomously and harmoniously with other health professionals
- Clear, concise recording and reporting
- Sound knowledge of physiotherapy theory and principles of practise, able to assess clients’ needs and take appropriate action
- Demonstrated awareness of cultural, social and ability differences and their implications for practise
- Demonstrated client-centred practise
