About the Role

As a Physician Secretary, you will provide day to day administration support to the Physicians. Ensuring that all information and systems are maintained. You will ensure that all information is managed and maintained for the effective management of the Physician Team. 

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our team of Physicians are based in Medicine Service, Lakes. The Secretary team assists the physicians in administration functions ensuring systems and processes are maintained.

About you

As a Physician Secretary you will need the following

  • At least 2 year’s administration work at senior level
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Microsoft software
  • Minute Taking skills
  • Audio dictation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Data Entry skills
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Initiative and good administrative judgement required
