About the Role

We are looking for motivated Patient Care Assistant t come on board and work with our multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, based at our Otara hub clinic.

You will contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience within the clinic by working collaboratively with the healthcare team. In this role you may be assigned to specific roles such as front desk duties for designated periods, support planned appointments, perform administrative tasks, supervised clinical work, or provide general clinic support.

You are someone who thrives in a team, values clear communication, and enjoys delivering exceptional service. In this role you will need to bring empathy, patience, and a positive attitude to our shared values, whilst promoting a positive work image.

What you will bring to the team:

• 1 years’ experience in a service-based environment
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills
