About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Orderly Service team has become available in the role of a Second in Charge. Applications are invited from experienced candidates to fill this vacancy. You would be working as part of a dynamic team within our hospital and will be responsible for:
Providing support and assisting the Orderly Service Supervisor, maintaining roster management, whilst supporting in the daily running of the service, ensuring that we are up to date with all compliances/audits and assist in training in and further developing staff.

About the Team/Service/ Location
We currently have a team of approximately 34 staff including casuals. The service operates 24hr a day, 7 days a week including all public holidays. The shift structure are 0700-1530(AM shift), 1530-2330(PM shift) and 2300-07009Night Shift) You would be expected to be flexible around these hours.

About you
· Ideally you will have 3-4 years’ experience in hands on supervisory role.
· Proven abilities or qualifications in supervisory management or leadership.
· Have proven knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
· Have effective communication skills and computer literate in (Word, Excel and Outlook).
· Proven experience training staff.
· Be willing to gain further formal qualifications.
