About the Opportunity: 

Reporting to the General Manager of Central Clinical Services, you will be supporting services ensuring sufficient and accurate information to facilitate timely decision making, providing contractual support, assisting with business case writing and standardisation of data collection and reporting. This role will also be a delegated lead on projects including the two new and exciting Radiology builds at Middlemore Hospital and Manukau Health Park and/or other initiatives that are priorities for the General Manager and Clinical Director.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position through July 2026, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ management experience at a senior level in a health organisation, with responsibility for project delivery, financial management, budgeting and staff management
  • Experience in writing executive papers and business cases
  • Experience in managing contracts, and understanding of contractual law
  • Knowledge of strategy development, health care, facilities and asset management, contract management, and communications
  • Demonstrates a flexible verbal and written communication style which is adaptable for all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
