About the Role

Are you a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment?

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (0.3 FTE). This role is key to overseeing and supporting our overnight nurse-provided service, ensuring excellence in patient care and professional guidance for our nursing staff.

In this vital position, you will:

  • Provide 1 hour of clinical support every morning, 7 days a week
  • Review patient cases and sign off on standing orders
  • Offer mentorship and clinical guidance to our team of Registered Nurses

About you

As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will bring:

  • Current registration and practicing certificate as a Nurse Practitioner in New Zealand.
  • Proven clinical leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Advanced assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
  • A strong commitment to supporting nursing practice and improving patient care.
