Our New Graduate Midwife programme is designed to offer you a wide range of midwifery experiences to help you develop into a confident and experienced practitioner.
We are offering a new programme that allows you to rotate between our two hospitals and maternity wards. Our new graduate roles provides an excellent foundation for your career, with access to professional development opportunities and the guidance of experienced and exceptional clinical coaches, trained preceptors and exceptional colleagues to help you grow in confidence and practice.

About You
To be successful in the role, we are looking for motivated a new graduates who are ready to embark on their midwifery career. With strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, a strong understanding of equity, and a genuine passion for supporting māmā/birthing people, pēpi, and whānau you will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and whānau centred care.
