An exciting opportunity has arisen in the NASC team Waitematā. We have permanent full time opportunities in community as well as in our inpatient team.
Join NASC in our mission to provide assessment and coordination of support services for older adults with health and disability-related needs, as well as for younger individuals managing chronic long-term health conditions. Our goal is to facilitate independent living at home or assist with a smooth transition to Residential Care when necessary.
We are actively seeking skilled Allied Health and Nurse professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess current professional registration and a New Zealand annual practicing certificate, along with a valid driver's license. Demonstrated expertise in assessment and service coordination is preferred.
Successful candidates will have a track record of working collaboratively with clients and their whanau to tailor care packages that align with their support requirements. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a history of positive relationship building, are essential.
