About the Role
Our busy Adult Emergency Department (AED) at Auckland City Hospital needs Medical Officers available for casual shifts in our brand new Ambulatory Care area.
Note: this vacancy will also suit Emergency Fellows or GPs on a fixed term basis.
We're looking for adaptable professionals who thrive in rapidly changing environments. you will work alongside our diverse healthcare team to deliver high-quality care in a setting where quick, accurate decision-making is essential. Your primary focus will be efficiently managing patients with minor illnesses and injuries in our high-volume, quick-turnover department.

About you
Qualifications:
- Medical practitioner fully registered with the New Zealand Medical Council
- Training in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
- Commitment to biculturalism and Maori health
- Minimum 4 years’ experience Registrar level
