About the Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to be the face of security services within a fast-paced healthcare environment?

We’re on the lookout for a Security Identity Document Officer (Security ID Officer) / Administrator to join our dedicated Security Services team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland (part of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora). This is a key role, responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of ID Office services — from issuing staff and contractor ID cards to processing access control requests and supporting the implementation of our security policies and standards.

You’ll be working alongside the Security Services Delivery Lead to ensure our people, places, and systems are secure, while delivering excellent customer service across our organisation.
