This role will provide operational leadership to ensure the effective delivery of clinical research activities, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency across all aspects of the Haematology Research department.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee financial, contractual, and project management responsibilities to ensure research initiatives are well-resourced
- Foster clinical excellence and team development by leading and supporting staff
- Ensuring adherence to ethical, organisational, and regulatory standards in clinical trials
