As the ICU and Flight Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and coordination of key administrative functions and provide essential support to our clinical teams.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Your tasks will vary day-to-day, but will include:
- Managing phone enquiries and visitor access
- Supporting materials management – including ordering and maintaining stores inventory
- Ensuring completion of essential documentation
- Checking and processing invoices
- Assisting with clinical note preparation
- Maintaining spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required)
- Booking patient travel and accommodation
- Supporting Clinical staff with administrative tasks

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and motivated with great attention to detail
- Experience and confident using Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise quickly and effectively
- A clear communicator who works well in a team
- Proficient in the use of key administration and hospital systems
