About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and operational support to the Clinical Director and General Manager of Adult Rehabilitation Health of Older People (ARHOP).
You will play an important role in keeping the leadership team organised and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This includes managing priorities, coordinating meetings and communications, monitoring deadlines and actions, supporting projects and events, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also provide leadership and support to the ARHOP Personal Assistant and work collaboratively with the wider Counties Manukau Executive Assistants group.
About You
You are a highly organised, adaptable and proactive administration professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and supporting senior leaders. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- At least 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar senior support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work effectively across teams and build positive relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and initiative.
- High-level Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Health sector experience is desirable.
- A current, clean New Zealand driver's licence.
