About the Role
Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti requires staff with the above skills and abilities to apply for a 0.6 FTE Duty Nurse Manager role. The Duty Nurse Manager role is to provide after-hours operational management and clinical support of all inpatient areas of the Gisborne Hospital campus.

About you
Are you:
· An excellent communicator and confident decision-maker
· Familiar with hospital systems and clinically up to date
· A Senior Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate
· Able to think on their feet and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
· Skilled in providing clinical oversight across multiple departments
· Demonstrates professional nursing leadership
· Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field
· Eligible to work in New Zealand
