About the Role
The Diabetes Service at Te Toka Tumai is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated diabetes dietitian to join our supportive multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and IT skills, excellent time management, and solid clinical experience in diabetes care to thrive in this dynamic and collaborative environment.
This permanent full-time role is primarily based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, with additional work at satellite clinics across the community. The role focuses on delivering nutrition education within diabetes clinics and community settings throughout the Auckland region, including the facilitation of group diabetes education sessions.

About you
This is a busy and stimulating position that offers broad experience. We are looking for someone who:
- Can work independently and adapt to changing needs
- Is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian
- Has at least two years of recent clinical dietetic experience
- Holds a current Annual Practising Certificate
- Has a full New Zealand Driver’s Licence
- Is open to receiving professional supervision and ongoing training
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience with Carbohydrate Counting
- Familiarity with DAFNE (Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating)
