BreastScreen Waitematā Northland (BSWN) is part of the Health New Zealand’s free national BreastScreen Aotearoa (BSA) Programme. We screen over 45,000 wāhine each year, and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering a positive experience for our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at either our Takapuna or Northwest clinics. Once fully trained, you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home. The primary responsibility of the role will be assisting with inbound and outbound calls to our call centre, supporting client bookings and follow-up as needed. The rostered hours are 12.30-7pm Monday, 12.30-7pm Thursday and 8am-4.30pm Friday.
This role is responsible for providing an efficient, customer-focussed service to our clients, ensuring they experience a positive interaction.
The role involves enrolling clients into the Breast Screening program through various channels, ensuring clients receive necessary forms, and following up with those who haven't responded to invitations. Additionally, the position requires prompt outreach to clients who miss appointments, assistance in rescheduling, and providing advice to clients and primary care regarding appointments and screening/treatment pathways.

This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement and is mapped to band 3.
