About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced NZ Registered Speech Language Therapist to support clients in community and outpatient settings across the Hawke’s Bay region. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, whānau-centred care with a focus on collaboration and creativity.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Engage Community Allied Health is a passionate, multidisciplinary team of around 50 staff—including OTs, physios, social workers, dietitians, SLTs, nurses, and more—working together to deliver exceptional care. With established teams in both Hastings and Napier, we pride ourselves on a strong sense of community, professional support, and genuine camaraderie. You’ll be part of a service that values both its people and its purpose.

About you
As a Speech Language Therapist, you will be a motivated, solutions-focused clinician who’s passionate about helping people live their best lives. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, thrive in a team setting, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
You will also bring:
- A relevant graduate or post-graduate qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A clean, full NZ driver’s license
