About the Role
Transcriptionists provide an effective, timely clinical transcription service for Surgical & Planned Services. This is a very busy service and requires the transcriptionist to be able to work as part of a wider team. Transcriptionists use Winscribe software.
About the Team/Service/ Location
We have a small team of transcriptionists that work collaboratively. We would prefer the applicant to work onsite with 2 other transcriptionists, the office is lovely and warm, and has lots of natural light. We transcribe approximately 2000 letters per calendar month. Our service covers General Surgery, Orthopaedics ENT, Anaesthetics, and a little Gynaecology.

About you
- Advanced Microsoft software skills
- Good understanding of Medical Terminology
- Sound knowledge of medical/clinical terminology (e.g human anatomy, physiology and disease process)
