About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for a varied range of activities which support the day-to-day use of the training centre and the running of simulation and education supported by the centre. You will work alongside the Education Facilitators, Programme Coordinator, Nurse Educators and other clinicians to optimise the use of the facility and the equipment and to provide an effective and functional educational experience, enhancing patient safety.

This is a part time working up to 32 hours per week Monday to Friday, working at CTEC situated at Middlemore Hospital.

About You

The ideal candidate may come from a health background, a technical background, or even maintenance – we are flexible in terms of experience however you will need excellent time management ability and have solid computer skills, show initiative and be systems savvy. A mature approach to your work will stand you in good stead. Ideally you will have experience working within a large organisation and with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

• Experienced in typing and quality data entry

• Ability to prioritise multiple demands
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
