About the Role

The Renal Service at Te Toka Tumai Auckland provides a comprehensive range of renal care, including acute and critical care paediatric dialysis, satellite dialysis, and home-based therapies for patients across our region. Our service operates four dialysis units, each with an average of 13 stations. Two of these units are located on the Auckland City Hospital campus.

We are seeking expressions of interest for passionate and motivated newly graduated Clinical Physiologists (Renal) to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality care for our patients.

In this role, you will collaborate effectively with a wide range of primary and secondary healthcare providers, including Iwi and Māori health service partners, and demonstrate a strong commitment to culturally safe practice. You will have opportunities to work across different dialysis settings within the renal service on a rotational basis.

This expression of interest is for both part-time and full time permanent positions and requires participation in on-call and night duties on a rostered basis.

About You

You will meet the following criteria:

  • Be completing your Graduate Diploma in Health Science (Renal Physiology) in 2025
  • Be eligible for registration with the Clinical Physiologist Registration Board (CPRB)
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player
