About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to step into a leadership role at Te Pūriri o Te Ora, where you engage with stakeholders, IT departments and external partners and develop and implement change management strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain date dashboards, evaluate digital health performance and service improvement
- Implement change management strategies to support adoption of digital health solutions
- Work to ensure equitable access to digital tools and platforms for Maori, Pacific, rural and other underserved communities

About you
You will bring a minimum five (5) years of experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi .
We are also looking for :
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or other relevant graduate degree
- In-depth understanding of clinical workflow in project management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience with compliance requirements related to digital health technologies
