About the Role

As a Clinical Records Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering essential services to the hospital, underpinned by the accurate and timely management of patient health information. You’ll be responsible for the tracking, sorting, filing, digitisation and release of clinical records, ensuring privacy, and accessibility for both clinicians and patients.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and is comfortable with a degree of physical activity. Each day, you’ll follow prioritised workflows, maintain high standards of accuracy, and support the seamless processing of both paper and digital records within our hybrid clinical environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values attention to detail, professionalism and collaboration.

About you

As a Clinical Records Administrator, you’ll bring:

  • A methodical, detail-focused approach with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Confidence working both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • An understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and the importance of handling sensitive information with care
  • Previous clerical experience in health or records management (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
