About the Role
We are looking for as case manager with a nursing or allied health background who has the clinical skills required to assist people with current or ongoing mental health needs.
In this key role you will coordinate and manage care plans, support families, and ensure the delivery of effective mental health services to children and adolescents. An important aspect to this role is inter-agency work; including working with community services such as Oranga Tamariki, schools, GPs and local NGOs.
You will:
- Undertake all aspects of case management including: comprehensive assessment, risk assessment and management, recovery and treatment planning
- Provide client centred care utilising evidence-based treatment strategies
- Contribute to multidisciplinary formulation, care planning, and decision-making

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
- Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
- Confidence working within fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environments
- Experience working with youth with complex presentations including psychosis, substance abuse, trauma and social issues.
- Current New Zealand professional registration and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse)
- A full, clean New Zealand driver licence
