About the Role

As a business administration manager, you will provide leadership and management of the administration teams. You will support the Operations Manager to ensure that effective and efficient nonclinical support services and resources are available to support the delivery of high-quality clinical care in line with Auckland DHB values, Directorate objectives and targets.

About the Team/Service/ Location

The Business Administration Manager works across several Mental Health services:

· Assertive Community Outreach Service (ACOS)

· Buchanan Rehabilitation Centre (BRC)

· Regional Huntington’s Disease Service (RHDS)

· ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy)

· Liaison Psychiatry

· Awhi Mātua Fraser McDonald Unit.

· Awhi Mātua Mental Health Services for Older People

About you

As part of the service leadership team, this role has a responsibility for achieving best outcomes for people accessing specialist mental health services. You will take a whole of Directorate perspective and support your colleagues to deliver successfully on our objectives

You will have:

  • Current, clean NZ Driver’s Licence
  • Relevant tertiary level qualification or transferable or relevant equivalent experience
  • Relevant finance and administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
