About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated booking clerk to be a part of a collaborative and supportive administration team. As a successful administrator or booking clerk, you will play a key role in being a point of contact for families contacting our service and providing and organising an excellent booking service.
We are looking for a team player who is reliable, trustworthy, can provide clear and concise communication and handle a very busy environment, working alongside a supportive team. Experience with hospital systems would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Being the point of contact on the main phone line to Waikids.
- Managing planned lists and waiting lists efficiently.
- Managing multiple very busy shared email inboxes.
- Covering receptionist breaks.
- Supporting/covering other booking clerks.
- Mail (returned and outgoing).
- Other tasks as necessary.
- Being adaptable to constant change.
