About the Role

The Associate Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role, alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager, in providing both clinical and operational leadership for the Nursing team in Gastroenterology. This position is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care by offering expert guidance on clinical and technical matters. The Associate Clinical Nurse Manager also works to maintain efficiency, productivity, and patient safety. Additionally, this role is responsible for fostering clinical excellence, upholding evidence-based professional practice, and promoting high standards of conduct throughout the team.
