About the Role
This is a busy and varied role, where no two days are the same.
The administrator plays an important role at the sexual health clinic to help clients feel welcome and cared for without judgement or bias.
In addition to meeting and greeting clients the administrator is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone and email enquiries, initiating some baseline investigations (prior to making appointments for the termination of pregnancy service), monitoring and ordering consumable products for the clinicians, identifying and requesting any maintenance needs and other administrative duties.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The sexual health clinic is discreetly based, in the community, at 188 Powderham Street.
Clinical services include sexual health clinics and termination of pregnancy services.
The team comprises of medical staff, registered nurses, including a contact tracer, and there is also access to a social worker (for the clients seeking termination of pregnancy)

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience
- Previous experience in a health facility
- Be familiar with patient management systems such as IBA/Indici
- The ability to multi-task and manage busy periods
- An attention to detail to ensure systems and processes are in place/followed
- A keen interest in continuous quality improvement to better serve patients
- A genuine interest in people from diverse backgrounds
