About the Team/Service

Waikato Hospital is a tertiary training hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Centre serving the whole Waikato region: one of the busiest in New Zealand. The Radiology Department carries out approximately 200,000 examinations each year with a major focus on Emergency and Trauma imaging and Oncology. Waikato Hospital is in the heart of Hamilton city, a vibrant and welcoming community with a reasonable cost of living and easy commute. Hamilton is handily located within easy reach of other major cities, including Auckland and Tauranga, making it a great base for exploring New Zealand on weekends and holidays. About Hamilton

Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts. About you

We are looking for an individual who is process driven, reliable and motivated.

The successful individual would need to clearly demonstrate;

• Experience with scheduling and/or co-ordinating medical appointments
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, pleasant phone manner
• Flexibility i.e able to cope with sudden changes in priorities
• Ability to manage tasks of a complex nature and excellent time management skills
