About the Role

The Anaesthetics Service at North Shore Hospital are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic person with great communication and organisational skills to join our team in an Administrative Support role, on a permanent part time basis. This role will work closely with Personal Assistant in supporting SMO and rest of the Anaesthetic staff with their administrative needs. It also includes supporting the Operations Manager with recruitment documentation matter. It is expected that there may be some additional tasks supporting other Admin staff in the department at times of leave.

The primary focus of this role are:

  1. To provide efficient and timely processing of SMO/Anaesthetic staff claims, timecards, police vetting renewal
  2.  To assist PA in the onboarding process of new staff and assist Operations Manager in recruitment documentation.
