About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team at Hawke’s Bay Hospital. This part-time role (0.5 FTE) involves coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing schedules, supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About you
You will be an experienced administrator with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to excellence. You will bring:
- Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
