About the Role

As an Administrator for the Autism Spectrum (AS) Coordination team, you will provide skilled administrative, clerical and information technology knowledge and support to the AS Coordinators. You will use effective and compassionate communication to provide tamariki and whānau centred care, and connect with internal and external services to enable best outcomes for the community.

About Us

The Health New Zealand Waitematā District Autism Spectrum Coordination Team sit within the wider Community Child Health team, providing support to children and their whānau who are on the ASD pathway, co-ordinating assessment, post diagnosis support and service access.

Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have an administrative background, experience working in the health sector, exposure to multiple IT systems and have a compassionate and professional communication style.
