About the Role:
An exciting part time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and professional individual who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis to join our team in Ward 35 North based at Middlemore Hospital.
The role involves providing high-quality administrative, clerical, and reception support and requires excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, confident computer skills, and a positive, proactive “can-do” attitude.
This is a part time position working 28 hours a week Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 9pm.
About You
The ideal candidate will need to have;
- Frontline reception and telephone experience
- Computer technology knowledge and basic computer skills
- Previous administration experience in a healthcare environment
- Flexible and team player
- Excellent overall admin skills with high attention to detail
The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
