The Role:
Our great team in Ward 8 are looking for a compassionate and dedicated a Registered Nurse to join this amazing team. Ward 8 is a surgical ward so ideally you will have a least 12 months surgical experience. The working environment is fantastic, and of course an extremely motivated and professional team of people to work with.
Team work is a big part of working on Ward 8 so if you have a passion for sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of our team, passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a commitment to providing high-quality care, you would be a real asset.
If you enjoy the challenge of working on busy ward and are looking to for the perfect opportunity to expand your skill base in areas such as Stoma Care, Wound Management, manual handling and monitoring skills while developing your clinical education, then this place is for you!

About You:
- NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- 1+ years surgical nursing experience in an acute setting in NZ (post registration)
- Excellent communication skills
