Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park.

About the Role:


Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau Health is a dynamic and progressive organisation at the forefront of innovative health care delivery within the New Zealand Public Health Sector. CM Health Radiology currently provides imaging services in the modalities of general x-ray, interventional, mammography, ultrasound, MRI and CT scanning.

Radiology Nursing is a fast growing field, driven by constant advances in imaging and diagnostic technologies. As a Radiology Nurse you will be working in a multidisciplinary team within the different modalities of CT scan, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional suits and Recovery of the radiology department.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is motivated, flexible and good team players, who are keen to develop professionally. Effective communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Ideally, you should have theatre or acute surgical/medical ward experience. This job is rostered from Monday to Sunday, eventually moving to on call responsibilities overnight once fully trained in the role.

A comprehensive orientation programme will be provided.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • NZ Nursing Registration
  • Current APC
  • Eligibility to work in NZ
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years’ acute experience
