Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park.
We are part of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, the overarching organisation for New Zealand’s national health service. HNZ leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels.
About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse, to develop their skills in clinical outpatients. Ideally you will have recent surgical experience with an interest in plastics, hands and wound management. An outstanding communicator, you will enjoy providing a high level of customer service, enjoy working within a team and demonstrate effective problem solving skills.
You will be computer literate and able to demonstrate strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks. You will also need to demonstrate evidence based patient care.

Essential:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- 2 years' plus post registration with experience in an surgical Setting
- Excellent computer skills
Desired:
- Experience in wound management
