About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio while being supported by a strong, inclusive and collaborative team. We work hard, support each other and enjoy what we do particularly the challenge of finding and hiring great people who make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Working in our busy Recruitment Centre, you will use your exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills to proactively source and engage candidates. You will identify new opportunities to attract talent to Counties Manukau and build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues across Health New Zealand.

About You

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, resilient and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight turnaround times.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive “can-do” approach. You will also have:

  • Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a healthcare environment
  • A passion for recruitment and delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent
  • An open mindset and commitment to attracting and recruiting a diverse workforce
