Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park.

Assisting them with day-to-day tasks of caring for our patients, this is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to our vision of delivering quality patient care.
Ward 35 North is an acute surgical ward with state of the art facilities and some of the most interesting admissions ranging from Plastic Reconstructive and Hand surgery to Maxillofacial and Ear, Nose and Throat surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a supportive, close knit and experienced team where no two days are ever the same.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Health Care Assistant to join our great team of highly skilled nurses to provide clinical and non-clinical care to our patients. Our new team member must be a team player with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
Essential:
- Health Care Assistant Level 4 Certificate or equivalent (to be assessed)
- Minimum 1 year HCA experience in a hospital setting in NZ
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good command of verbal and written English
