We are seeking applications from an experienced senior registered nurse looking to make Dignity of Care their career direction.
The role of the CNS in dignity of care is a diverse one and we require someone with experience in advanced nursing assessment,
expertise for clinical management, and the co-ordination of patient care plans for patients with challenging behaviour, able to demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent communication and presentation skills, a team player, computer savvy, and a genuine interest and commitment to quality and service.
If successful you will be working with a committed team within an organisation whose aim is to make a real difference to the community that we serve.
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Postgraduate Qualifications or currently studying towards this or the commitment to pursue relevant PG education
- 5 + years clinical nursing experience
Preferred:
- Expert PDRP Portfolio
