About the role:
Middlemore Central (MMC) is looking for keen, energetic Clinical Nurse Coordinators to support the Variance Response Management (VRM) implementation into our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) and across the inpatient setting.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a newly established team; leading and supporting the nursing workforce through this transformational change while building relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate effective variance response management.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience, to support the CNM in day to day running of the VRM team.
The work will be diverse and complex and will include collaboration with nurses across the organisation and clinical allocation of the VRM Nursing team across Middlemore’s acute hospital service.
The successful candidate will have proven clinical leadership experience, a strong customer service focus, superior interpersonal communication skills, and a commitment to supporting change.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Recruitment and rostering experience
- Confident managing IT applications to identify and allocate resource for clinical response need.
- Demonstrate expertise in setting standards and managing practice to achieve these
- Proficient or above level of practice
- Post Graduate diploma
