About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our Te Rawhiti Mental Health & Addictions team based in Highland Park. Te Rawhiti is a Community Mental Health Centre supporting people living across the East Auckland region.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Mental Health & Addictions Service. You will play an important part in ensuring clinical professionals have accurate and timely information, while maintaining efficient medical filing systems and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
About You:
You are organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With excellent attention to detail and a positive “can-do” attitude, you enjoy supporting both patients and clinical teams.
You will be confident communicating with people both over the phone and in person and will bring a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach to your work.
The ideal candidate will need to have;
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence
