Workforce Systems Specialist - Roster and Time & Attendance

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
You will have experience in a technical HR role.
You may have some HR or payroll experience though it will be your inclination towards the technical that is most important. While this is not a rostering role, understanding of rostering processes would be beneficial.
You will have technical and/or mathematical problem solving skills and ideally be an advanced Excel user. Your critical thinking abilities, experience in compliance, testing methodology and systems will all set you up for success in this role.
Preference will be given to applicants with strong configuration knowledge of the UKG Workforce Pro or UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central systems.

Ideally, you will have the following capabilities and experience:
- High level of general technical competence
- Highly competent user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent test acumen and process experience
- Ability to work with all peoples
- Good written and verbal communication skills
This role requires and/or would benefit from the following: -
- Some HR or Payroll System knowledge
- An understanding of the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, including how to apply Te Tiriti principles in a meaningful way in your role
- Competency with te ao Māori, and tikanga or a willingness to learn and grow
