*** Mahi e Taea is an online system used by staff to manage their work schedules, timecards and leave requests.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will / be: -

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in rostering, timecard management, award interpretation, and payroll to drive optimal system functionality
  • Proficient in MS Office with a high level of technical expertise in system interfaces
  • Skilled in test and process methodologies, continuously evaluating and enhancing systems
  • Collaborate with specialists to maintain system integrity and accuracy for seamless payroll file generation
  • Diligently fulfill reporting obligations, maximize system efficiency through stakeholder engagement, and actively contribute to enhancement initiatives
