If you answered Yes to all of the above, then this job is for you. We are looking for experienced midwives to join our Clinical Charge Midwife team to provide after-hours guidance and support to our team of Midwives and Nurses in Women’s Health.

We currently have part time roles available for After-Hours Clinical Midwife Managers. Here at Te Toka Tumai/Auckland City Hospital we work together with whānau to provide care and support which is safe and equitable. We also offer:

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

As the After-Hours Clinical Midwife Manager, you will:

  • Provide guidance and support to a team of Midwives and nurses outside of business hours
  • Be the go-to person for clinical advice, support and bed flow
  • Provide clinical leadership on the floor and coordinate between units to enhance patient flow and care

You will bring proven leadership skills and be a role model for our staff.
