Midwifery Return to Practise Programme

As part of our Health Workforce Plan, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is increasing funding to support former midwives return to midwifery practice, by covering associated costs.

Funding levels and recertification requirements vary based on the amount of time away from practice.
