This role comprises delivering top-notch operational security services that prioritise customer satisfaction and promote a proactive approach to healthcare security.

The focus of this role will be on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals associated with Te Toka Tumai.

About you | He kōrero mōu  

You will have cultural competence and an understanding of cultural differences when dealing with patients, visitors, and staff. You will be resilient and can remain calm under pressure.

• Vulnerable Children’s Act (VCA) Clearance essential and Police Clearance, if required

• Excellent communication abilities - Strong and gentle physically
• Proficient in basic computer usage
• Customer service or security background beneficial
• Strong track record of punctuality and attendance
• Demonstrates caring attitude towards safety and wellbeing of others and shows empathy for those in need of support

Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland.
