We're currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Orthopaedic team. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality healthcare and improving outcomes for elective and acute orthopaedic trauma patients. This role will manage the Multidisciplinary care of Orthopaedic patients and coordinate between specialist Orthopaedics and support services to optimize quality and effectiveness of the orthopaedic patient journey for all Orthopaedic patients, with a core focus on patients undergoing Arthroplasty procedures. This involves providing clinical oversight within the orthopaedic speciality to support the clinically safe management of the patient elective surgery journey, to meet Ministry of Health (MoH) compliance timeframes, and reduce post-operative length of stay times.
This role works within a shared leadership model alongside the Operations Manager, Clinical Director, other Clinical Nurse Specialists and our highly specialist Arthroplasty Surgical team along with other key health care professionals including hospital managers to ensure the best care for patients using our services.
