Administrator, Mental Health Services for Older People - Community Team
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Our dynamic Mental Health Services for Older People community team at the Colvin Complex Building, Middlemore Hospital, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join us!
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, can take initiative and have a real eye for detail. You will be providing administration and customer service support by both telephone and in person, so a strong customer service focus with a clear and friendly manner is essential.
Previous administration experience is important for this busy role and knowledge of a hospital environment, particularly in mental health would definitely be an advantage. This is a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
Essential:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
- Full NZ driver’s license
The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
